Kings Wharf, Bermuda

Our next leg of our travels also happened to be our last before reaching the UK, crossing the Atlantic ocean or “crossing the pond” as it was described to me. This was to be done by cruise ship again. Miami to Southampton with our first port of call being Kings Wharf, Bermuda with easy access to the city of Hamilton.

We were given two days to explore Kings Wharf and the Hamilton area. I had so much fun walking around the island, getting away from the hoards of tourists to the quieter areas where the locals were hanging out, fixing up boats or just enjoying the island life. This place was beautiful, retiring with a boat to live here would be very tempting. We found the best coffee experience of our travels so far here, this along with the interesting history and friendly atmosphere made this destination a highlight.
